By accessing or using Monlink ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. This Service is currently in beta and available by invite only.

2. Account Terms

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account unless explicitly authorized.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Monlink to:

• Shorten links to malicious websites, phishing pages, malware, or illegal content
• Spam, harass, or engage in abusive behavior
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) without explicit written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

4. Service Availability

Monlink is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. As a beta product, you may experience bugs, downtime, and breaking changes. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

5. Content and Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you submit to Monlink. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We may review and remove content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion.

6. Analytics and Data Collection

7. Beta Status and Invite System

Monlink is currently in invite-only beta. Access may be limited or revoked at any time. Features may change significantly without notice. We appreciate your feedback and patience as we improve the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monlink and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether direct or indirect, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or data
• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
